At point of entry, Listware for Salesforce provides real-time address autocompletion and verification, helping save up to 50% on keystrokes while only permitting valid data to enter the system. The user simply begins typing a customer or prospect’s address into any Salesforce contact field; chooses the correct address from a list of suggestions, and the completed query returns a verified U.S. or international address, standardized into the official postal format for each geographic locale. In batch, an administrator can run address verification jobs based on unique criteria such as sales representative, city, state, or inquiry date. Bulk cleansing also provides many data appends to enrich Salesforce CRM data including: latitude/longitude coordinates and other postal elements; move- updates for U.S. and Canadian addresses; adding missing phone numbers, email addresses, demographics, and extensive property data. Bulk verification enables the verification and enrichment of US and global records within all standard and custom object fields, including contacts, leads, and accounts.
