ZipInfo Release Schedule Realigning to Melissa Beginning February 6, 2023

Welcome to Melissa!

In order to align the ZipInfo products to our Melissa product schedule, we plan to release future ZipInfo products on the Monday closest to the 7th of each month.

As we are still in a transitional period for the ZipInfo product line, we have been relying on the old ZipInfo server for delivery of updates. This method uses new credentials each month and does not allow for automation. We plan to integrate the ZipInfo product updates with the rest of our products over the next few months beginning with the release dates.

How will the monthly downloads be performed?

• Existing ZipInfo Process: ZipInfo Customers are sent a username and password by email which allows them to authenticate on the ZipInfo site and download the purchased product. The username and password change from month to month.
  
  
• Melissa Process: An automated e-mail is sent to specified e-mails on the account with a product download link for each update. Melissa customers have their own username and password which does not change unless a password reset is requested. When customers log in to their portal, they can also download the products they have a subscription for.

While we cannot ensure the product release will go out on the exact dates due to different issues that may arise, we do plan on releasing ZipInfo product updates on the following timeline:

• March 6, 2023
• April 10, 2023
• May 8, 2023
• June 5, 2023
• July 10, 2023
• August 7, 2023
• September 4, 2023
• October 9, 2023
• November 6, 2023
• December 4, 2023
