Advisory: Express Entry API US/Canada PO Box, General Delivery and Rural Route Changes

Beginning the week of August 21, 2023, Melissa’s Express Entry API will be updated with several corrections to the current parsing logic to address multiple long-standing issues for PO Boxes in both the US and Canada, as well as Rural Routes and General Deliveries in Canada. These fixes will allow Express Entry to follow best practices and global parsing standards which other Melissa services already follow in order to address multiple outstanding complaints from current users.

The update may or may not require code changes on the client side. It is important to review the information below to see if your client will seamlessly support the upcoming change.
