To continue providing the best service we can, we are expanding our network infrastructure which will add new IP ranges for the United States West Datacenters. These new ranges will ensure continued reliable access to our services.
Beginning August 2025, we will begin periodically testing these new IP addresses.

Will I Be Affected?
You will be affected if your organization firewall blocks unspecified IP addresses. When Melissa starts using these IP addresses, it may be blocked by your own firewalls.
How Much Work Is Involved?
This depends on how you use our services, but should mostly involve updating your firewall rules and any other security configurations you have, like whitelists.
What Will Change if I Don’t Do Anything?
If you do not add the new IP address information to your firewall list, your firewall may block traffic from Melissa and interrupt the usage of our service.
