Presort Object

Presort Object – Plan to Sunset on: December 31, 2024

Melissa plans to discontinue Presort Object on December 31, 2024 and will require all applications that currently use Presort Object to work with their Account Representative to find the best solution for their needs. Presort Object can be renewed one more time before December 31, 2023 in order to provide enough time for customers to find an alternative provider to integrate into their current solution.

Why is Melissa deprecating Presort Object?

Melissa has decided to discontinue Presort Object to focus on the all-in-one solutions Mailers+4 Desktop and Mailers Online. This will allow for adjustments to be made without interfering with any current implementations.

What other options are available?

For those that need an all-in-one presort software solution, please see the Mailing Solutions page for additional details on the options below:

  • Mailers+4 Desktop: On-premise solution that offers customization and the capability to presort and palletize First Class, USPS Marketing Mail, and Periodicals for USPS discounts on Postage. It features US and Canadian Address Verification, ZIP+4 Level Geocoding, and provides complimentary access to Mailers Online PRO. List Owners can fulfill the Move update requirement through the optional SmartMover add-on for NCOALink processing.
  • Mailers Online: Cloud-based solution that provides simplicity of minimal configuration. Prepare First Class and USPS Marketing Mail for postage discounts from any web browser.

Mailers+4 Desktop and Mailers Online can qualify for Full-Service discounts, generate unique Intelligent Mail barcodes (IMb) and Mail.dat files for electronic submission of required Postage Statements and documentation to PostalOne!
