Melissa Showcases Address Autocomplete at CCBEC 2025 in Shenzhen

Melissa was proud to exhibit for the first time at the China Cross Border E-commerce Fair (CCBEC), held September 17–19 at the Shenzhen World Convention & Exhibition Center. As one of the largest events in the region for global online retail, CCBEC provided the perfect stage for us to connect with e-commerce leaders, logistics providers and technology innovators.

Throughout the three-day event, visitors to Booth 16C68 experienced hands-on demos of our latest data quality solutions. A highlight for many attendees was Melissa’s Address Autocomplete tool (地址自动补全), which helps businesses reduce cart abandonment and failed deliveries by suggesting accurate, verified addresses in real time. This powerful solution simplifies checkout, improves customer satisfaction and supports seamless international shipping, all key needs for cross-border sellers operating at scale.

Jason Zhang (Director of Database Administration), Edmund Ng (APAC Regional Sales Director), Hugo Liu (China Regional Sales Account Executive) and Bud Walker (Chief Information Officer) were on site to lead live demonstrations and answer questions. Our founder and CEO, Ray Melissa was also in Shenzhen at the time to promote Melissa's global presence through our new China office.
