The new LookupListings endpoint for Melissa's Property Web Service provides access to current and historical market listing information for a property using the Melissa Address Key (MAK). By connecting listing activity to a persistent property identifier, businesses can more easily enrich existing property records and gain deeper insight into a property's market history.
What Information Is Available?
LookupListings returns a range of information related to a property's real estate listing, including but not limited to:
- Listing status
- Current and historical prices
- Rental indicators
- Listing agent/office information
The endpoint also provides insight into changes throughout the life of a listing, including recent and prior price changes and status updates. This allows businesses to better understand how a property has moved through the market over time, rather than relying on a single snapshot.
