This month, Melissa is excited to announce the rollout of several updates that elevate the Melissa ID experience:
Web App Capture Improvements:
We’ve introduced a user-friendly vertical overlay with instructions for ID document capture. This ensures clearer images, improving pass rates for your clients.
Additional Documents View:
A new column in the client portal Inbox now displays any added Additional Documents by the end user, which enhances submission prioritization and streamlines user workflow.
Web App Start Screen Update:
Text is now updated to include a Data Protection Notice/Privacy Policy link, allowing you to link to your own notices or policies.
Customer Communication:
The default "Hello" and "Thank you" messages have been removed for better customization and multilingual support. Your own default message can still be applied through the “Send Link” functionality.
Note: There are no API changes for those using it to send links or messages.
