Product Update – MAILERS+4 Updates Will Be Deployed via USB or Digital Download

MAILERS+4 software updates will be delivered via USB or digital download effective January 1, 2020. This will replace the previous delivery method of DVD-ROMs. If you are already subscribed through January 1^st with this delivery option, you will continue to receive DVD-ROMs until your subscription expires. You will then have to choose a new delivery option upon renewal. There is an associated shipping fee that will be charged if you select the USB delivery option.

We encourage you to make the switch to digital downloads early to:

• Avoid the need to pay extra fees associated with USB shipping costs.
• Limit exposure to any risk associated with USB downloads.
• Practice environmental initiatives that limit waste associated with single-use physical media.
