- Search by Home Owner Demographic: Age, Gender, Length of Residence, Children in Household, Household Income, Marital Status
- Search by Property Type, Last Sale, Equity, Property Value
- Geographic Search Feature – Search by: Specific Street in ZIP Code or Radius Around a Property
- Search for Other Properties Owned by an Individual
