Melissa’s most recent update for Global Address Verification Web Service improved handling of postal codes, resolved issues where country codes were returned in the country name field and performed a reference data update for all countries. Among these improvements, there have also been significant data updates for both Japan and Spain.
For Spain in particular, the following has been performed:
- A major data update related to recent election/census activity.
- Significant improvement in the number of AV24 coding.
- Improved the number of rooftop latitude and longitude points by around 8%.
