IBAN Validation Results

Melissa is adding additional features for IBAN (International Bank Account Number) validation in Personator Identity.  The IBAN check will now return result codes indicating whether the account number is valid and if the IBAN country matches the address.

The IBAN account number includes a two letter Country Code that will be used to match against the submitted address.
